Time to P-A-R-T-Y! Rent this cool and private party barn for your events and gatherings. The Party Barn features a 14' x 24' climate controlled room within the barn with a refrigerator/freezer to store your goodies, outlets for your crock pots, and tables with seating for around 20 guests. Additional tables and seating in the main barn. Friendly farm animals, unique play equipment and farm-themed decor are sure to delight your guests. This rental includes the use of the barn for up to two hours and NO per-guest charge. Recommended for up to 50 guests. (Up to 20 guests in the climate-controlled room.) Your rental does NOT include admission to the Jubilee Zoo main facility though you may add admission tickets to your package.
Included with this rental you have your choice of ONE of the following included options:
* 30 minutes of unicorn rides.
* 30 minutes of pony rides and party place settings for 10 guests.
OR
* 10 admission tickets to the Jubilee Zoo main facility.
